Coverage Options

There are several programs available that may cover all or a portion of your chiropractic treatment expenses. If you are eligible for any of these programs, we can assist you with obtaining coverage and answer any questions you may have.

Extended Health Plan Benefits

We offer direct billing to certain extended health benefit plans including:

• Pacific Blue Cross
• Medavie Blue Cross
• Greenshield
• Telus Health
• ManuLife, SunLife, Great West Life, Chambers of Commerce, Desjardins, Industrial Alliance, and other participating providers

Please bring your extended health benefits card with policy and identification numbers for us to confirm your coverage. Direct billing capabilities are dependent upon individual insurer plans and contract rules. In the event that direct billing is not possible, a receipt will be provided to be submitted for reimbursement.

WorkSafeBC Claims

Workers who are injured on the job and who qualify for workers’ compensation benefits may be covered for chiropractic treatment at no cost. Please ensure you bring your WorkSafe claim number, date of injury, and employer details to your visit. No referral is required.

ICBC

Motorists who are injured as a result of a collision may be covered for chiropractic treatment at no cost. Please ensure you bring your claim number to your visit. No referral is required.

Medical Services Plan (“MSP”)

MSP provides partial coverage only for persons on premium assistance. If you are currently enrolled in the MSP Premium Assistance Program, MSP contributes $23 per visit, for a combined annual limit of 10 visits each calendar year. This includes the following services: acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy and non-surgical podiatry. No referral is required.
